In addition to direct consumption, water also serves as a cooling medium for various technical processes, such as foundry and other metalworking. In this area, we offer the design, supply and service of open and semi-closed cooling circuits, including the necessary associated water treatment. It is therefore a system of a circulation circuit and cooling towers, in the case of a semi-closed circuit it is not cooled directly by water from the cooling towers, where contamination of this water occurs, e.g. leaves, dust, etc., but the circulating cooling water, which directly cools the production equipment, gives its heat using a heat exchanger.
Delivery and installation of cooling technology in an open circuit system with three towers with a total output of 3.3 MW, a closed circuit for production with plate coolers with a total output of 4.4 MW and heat recovery. It included the supply and installation of water management, i.e. production of softened water on a duplex ionex filter with a full column, production of demi water at the RO station and final sorption at the AU.
Design of cooling circuit technology for industrial machines with subsequent assembly. This is an open cooling circuit for an aluminum foundry. The cooling technology is used for the fact that the cooling water directly cools the aluminum castings, the projected power of 0.5 MW. Subsequently, sand filtration was installed to the cooling circuit.
